Our stay was quite disappointing. We faced issues with room cleanliness upon arrival, which should have been addressed before our check-in. While the staff's attitude was unhelpful, I can note that the location was decent and offered good amenities. However, the overall condition of the facilities was not up to par, considering the cost.
This resort is a hidden gem, offering a comfortable and homey atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. I loved the spacious, clean apartment with all the necessary amenities, and the pool area was a perfect escape. Although there were some cleanliness issues reported by others, my experience was mostly positive. The location is quite convenient for exploring the area, although it feels a bit isolated from the heart of town. Overall, it’s a great spot for a peaceful getaway, but some facilities could use a bit of sprucing up.
I had a delightful stay at Mango House Resort, where the lush garden views and cozy one-bedroom apartment made for a perfect tropical escape. The pool area was a highlight, truly inviting, but the furniture showed some age, which could be improved. Overall, it was an exceptional value, especially with the amenities available and the friendly atmosphere.
During my stay, I was excited to experience a relaxing getaway, but I was quite disappointed with the hotel overall. The rooms were not what I expected, and while the service was decent, the location was rather far from the center. Despite the tropical gardens, the value didn’t seem to match the price I paid. I did enjoy the pool area, but it still felt like it missed the mark for a resort stay.
